Current status
Ocean Studio's Lobby Duet AI public website accepts no payments and sells no credits or generated videos. Public subscriptions, automatic renewal and single-video purchases remain closed. Pricing publishes agreed specifications, not an active checkout or a free-trial promise.
Waffo Pancake and PayPal integrations are being tested separately. Test orders do not establish that real payment, delivery or refunds are available here. Do not send money directly to our email expecting a video.
Technical credit restoration
The experimental workflow distinguishes confirmed provider failures, temporary status errors, uncertain submissions and technically completed but visually imperfect results. A confirmed technical failure restores the corresponding consumed credits once. An uncertain outcome requires investigation and must not automatically trigger another paid generation.
Credit restoration is not a cash refund. Actual generation charges, failure/delivery definitions and remedies must be disclosed and tested before paid generation opens. No unvalidated credit-cost matrix or universal quality-refund promise is offered.
Refund and billing enquiries
For an unexpected charge appearing related to this website, email Hello@lobbyduet.com with a transaction identifier, account email if relevant and the reason. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or payment credentials. We will investigate the provider and status; no automatic public cash-refund process or fixed settlement time is promised.
Before real purchases open, refund eligibility, unused/used-credit treatment, duplicate-charge and non-delivery remedies, response procedures and cancellation rules must be published. They must match checkout and Pancake store refund settings. Mandatory consumer remedies and lawful dispute rights remain preserved.
Packs and subscriptions
The four agreed one-time packs have 365-day validity from confirmed purchase and no automatic renewal. Monthly/annual specifications are published, but subscription checkout remains closed until renewal, online cancellation, rollover, expiry and post-cancellation treatment are determined and tested. There are no active public subscriptions to cancel.
