Operator and availability

Lobby Duet AI is operated by Ocean Studio. Contact Hello@lobbyduet.com. These terms and linked policies are shared by the introduction and product website.

Public accounts, portrait uploads, generation and purchases are closed. Authorized development and payment tests are separate from public availability. Commercial service will remain closed until required operator details, delivery, payment, refund and content-safety operations are ready. Browsing does not authorize a charge.

Service, models and limits

The intended service creates an AI duet from two separately authorized adult portraits and a reference performance. Generation users and depicted people must be at least 18. Both depicted adults must give informed permission. You must have the rights needed for portraits, footage, performances, music and trademarks. Your photo permission does not provide rights to reference assets supplied by us.

The current experimental integration uses MiniMax H3, developed by MiniMax and hosted through fal, with identifier minimax/h3/reference-to-video. See AI models and availability. We are independent of the model vendors, original performers and studios; no endorsement or payment-provider approval is implied.

AI may change identity, left/right placement, movement, clothing, background, mouth timing or continuity. No perfect likeness, fixed completion time, perfect lip sync or complete 30-second identity replacement is guaranteed. Research settings and example input portraits are not evidence of delivered outputs. Only configurations actually validated and opened may be ordered.

Prices, credits and payment

Our agreed USD specifications are on the pricing page. One-time packs are Test Pack $9.90 / 35 credits, Plus Pack $29 / 150, Team Pack $99 / 700, and Studio Pack $199 / 1,800. Pack credits are valid for 365 days from confirmed purchase. Each pack is one charge, with no automatic top-up.

Planned monthly subscriptions are Basic $29.90 / 200 credits per month, Pro $49.90 / 600, and Studio $99.90 / 1,600. Annual charges are Basic $199, Pro $500, and Studio $600. Annual plans issue 200 / 600 / 1,600 credits monthly, respectively, not the entire year's credits at once. Subscription checkout remains disabled until renewal, cancellation, rollover, expiry and post-cancellation rules are finalized and tested.

Public checkout is closed. Waffo Pancake and PayPal are being integrated in test environments; neither is enabled here for real payments. When enabled, checkout must disclose the provider, final payable total and any applicable taxes before authorization. Pancake is Merchant of Record for an enabled Pancake transaction; seller and transaction details appear at checkout and on the receipt. Ocean Studio operates the software and administers credits.

Buying credits and receiving a generated video are separate events. A checkout return does not itself prove payment. The credit cost for an available generation setting must be shown before submission; an unvalidated candidate matrix is not a billing rule. Single-video purchases remain closed. No free-video trial, free credits, gifting or transfer feature is promised.

Content standards and consent

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. The following six categories are prohibited:

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit, intimate or sexualized content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Violence / gore: graphic injury, torture, cruelty, threats or encouragement of violence.
• Hate speech: hateful or dehumanizing attacks, discriminatory abuse or incitement against protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse, exploitation, sexualization, grooming or content endangering children, including synthetic depictions.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: unauthorized or deceptive identity replacement, fake endorsements, fraud or presenting synthetic footage as a real person's authentic performance.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: using portraits, footage, music, brands or other protected material without the required rights.

Clearly disclosed fictional adult entertainment must not deceive, harass or imply an actual performance or endorsement. Consent does not make sexual, hateful or violent uses acceptable. Terrorism, mass-violence assistance, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, fraud, privacy invasion and bypassing safety controls are also prohibited.

Moderation, reports and enforcement

Send reports, rights complaints and appeals to Hello@lobbyduet.com, with an identifier and safe explanation. Do not attach illegal material, private portraits, identity documents or payment credentials. See the AUP for the workflow and actions.

Platform-side input/output screening, held-result review, review records and staffed escalation are launch requirements, not currently operating public features. A responsible reviewer has not yet been assigned. The experimental provider safety checker alone does not establish complete moderation. Generation must remain closed until these controls are implemented and verified.

We can correct or remove material we publish and restrict abusive website traffic. Before accounts and generation open, enforcement must support rejecting requests, withholding or removing violating content, and suspending or terminating serious or repeated abuse. A complaint does not automatically confiscate purchased balances; remedies must respect applicable law and our refund rules.

Rights, privacy, refunds and changes

You retain existing rights in your inputs and grant only the permission needed to process authorized material for the requested service and security review. Uploads are not automatically published. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or third-party commercial rights in outputs. Disclose AI generation when sharing; do not present synthetic footage as evidence of a real event.

Read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Credit restoration is distinct from a cash refund. Cash-refund eligibility, response procedures and checkout disclosures must be completed before real payment. There are no active public subscriptions to cancel.

These shared policies will be updated when models, features or payment methods change. A policy update does not authorize new charges or optional data processing. Required commercial terms will be disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer/privacy rights and lawful remedies through payment providers, regulators and courts remain preserved. No unverified jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration is designated.
