Photo Guide for a Two-Person AI Video

Choose two clear portraits for a Hotel Lobby AI video. Check photo size, lighting, left and right positions, and how to replace or delete an upload.

Two clear portraits give an AI duet a better starting point. The aim is to make each person's face easy to recognize, including when the performance turns, moves or opens the mouth. Prepare two separate original photos before opening the video generator; you do not need to make a collage.

Account registration and photo uploads are closed in the public preview. This guide helps you prepare photos locally; upload and deletion instructions describe the planned workflow.

Choose one adult in each photo

Use a front-facing head-and-shoulders or waist-up portrait with one adult clearly visible. Keep the eyes, mouth, jaw and hair easy to see. Choose even light across the face, rather than a strong shadow or a bright window behind the person.

Avoid sunglasses, masks, hands covering the mouth, hair across the eyes, crowded backgrounds and group photos. A screenshot of a small profile picture may meet the file rules while still hiding useful facial detail. Use the original photo when possible, and check it at normal viewing size before uploading.

Check format, dimensions and file size

Each photo must meet these upload requirements:

  • JPG, PNG or WebP format.
  • Up to 5 MB per file.
  • Both width and height between 300 and 6000 pixels.
  • A still image; animated files are not supported.

If an upload is rejected, check both dimensions as well as the file size. Making a blurry image larger does not restore facial detail. Choose a clearer original instead of repeatedly enlarging the same thumbnail.

Put each person on the intended side

The first upload is assigned to the left performer; the second is assigned to the right. Review both previews and their labels before starting. Keep the photos separate so each person has a distinct reference.

These assignments guide the result, but they do not guarantee perfect identity or left/right consistency. Fast movement, faces overlapping and turns away from the camera can change the generated appearance. Inspect both people in the finished clip before sharing it.

Replace or delete a portrait

When uploads become available, sign in before uploading, then use the photo controls to replace an unsuitable image or remove an upload. A portrait used by an active task cannot be deleted until that task's outcome is resolved. Check the privacy policy before uploading someone else's photo, and use images you have permission to use.

Continue to the generation settings

This guide helps you prepare photos locally. Account registration and photo uploads are closed in the public preview. Public video generation and purchases remain closed while reference permissions and model validation are completed. The initial scope is duets using portraits of adults who have agreed to take part.

When generation is available, use the generation guide to choose duration, picture shape and audio, or review the video options and pricing.
